Karnataka HC directed state government Tuesday not to file a final report or chargesheet in the June 4 stadium stampede case without its permission.Justice SR Krishna Kumar’s directive came on pleas by Royal Challengers Sports Private Ltd (RCSPL)— and event management firm DNA Entertainment Networks Ltd. RCSPL’s counsel had reaffirmed co-operation with the probe. However, govt’s advocate said the investigation would take at least a month to culminate.
