Durai Vaiko thanks Air India Express for introducing Tiruchi-Hyderabad flight

Tiruchi MP Durai Vaiko has thanked Air India Express for introducing daily flight service in the Tiruchi-Hyderabad sector and increasing the frequency of its daily services to Bengaluru from the city to eight in a week with effect from Sunday.

In a statement, Mr. Durai Vaiko said this was an important milestone in the growth of the Tiruchi International Airport. He said heeding his demand, the Air India Express launched the service to Mumbai from Tiruchi on March 30.

Flight services to Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru would provide crucial connectivity to those going abroad from these destinations, he said. He expressed hope that the Air India Express would introduce its services to more domestic destinations from Tiruchi.
