Some trains to be cancelled to facilitate development works in Sambalpur Division for a week from August 7

A few trains will be cancelled and some others will run on diverted routes to facilitate Yard remodelling of Sambalpur station and Non-Interlock works in Sambalpur Division between August 7 to 14.

Train no. 18301 Sambalpur-Rayagada express, leaving Sambalpur, train no. 18302 Rayagada-Sambalpur express, leaving Rayagada, will be cancelled from August 7 to 16 will be cancelled.

Train no. 20809 Sambalpur-Nanded express, leaving Sambalpur on August 8, 10, 11, 15 and 20810 Nanded-Sambalpur express, leaving Nanded on August 9, 11, 12, 16 will be cancelled.

Train no. 18523 Visakhapatnam–Banaras Bi-weekly express, leaving Visakhapatnam on August 10 and 13 and 18524 Banaras-Visakhapatnam Bi-weekly express on August 11 and 14 will be cancelled, according to K. Sandeep, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Waltair Division.

Similarly, train no. 18189/90 Tata–Ernakulam–Tata express, 12375/76 Tambaram–Jasidh–Tambaram express, train no.12889/90 Tata Nagar -SMVT Bengaluru–Tata Nagar and train no. 12836 SMV Bengaluru-Hatia express will all run on diverted route on some of the days.
