Entry fees for zoo at Bannerghatta Biological Park to be increased

The Zoo Authority of Karnataka has announced a revision in the entry fees for the zoo at Bannerghatta Biological Park, effective from August 1, 2025. This decision comes in response to increasing operational costs, including fuel, animal feed, maintenance, and other recurring expenses essential for the upkeep of the park and the welfare of its inhabitants.

According to an official release from the Executive Director of Bannerghatta Biological Park, the revised entry fees are as follows: ₹120 for adults (earlier ₹100), ₹60 for children (earlier ₹50), ₹70 for senior citizens (earlier ₹60). There is no change in entry fee for the Butterfly Park.
