ANU issues notification for distance education PG courses

Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) on Friday (August 29, 2025) released the notification for admissions into postgraduate distance education courses under semester system for 2025–26 academic year. The University Grants Commission’s Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB) has approved 23 PG programmes, Centre for Distance Education (CDE) Director Prof. Vankayalapati Venkateswarlu announced.

Applications will be accepted until October 10. Courses include 15 in Arts (M.A. in English, Telugu, Hindi, Sanskrit, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology, Social Work, Journalism, and HRM), three in Commerce and Management (M.Com Accountancy, Banking, and MBA General), one in Library Science (MLIS), and eight in Sciences (M.Sc. Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, and MCA).

Admissions for MBA and MCA will be through an entrance test on September 21, though candidates with AP ICET 2025 ranks are exempted. Detailed course information, eligibility, and fees are available at www.anucde.info or via helplines 0863-2346222 and 98484 77441.
