Businessman booked for putting up ‘Pak flag’ on car bonnet

Gadag Police have registered a case against a businessman on the charge of putting up what looked like the flag of Pakistan on his car bonnet and sharing the pictures on social media.

Officers of the social media monitoring cell of the Police Department informed the jurisdictional police who filed a suo motu case agaisnt Mohamad Tahseen.

The police said that another individual, Abdul Rasheed, shared Tahseen’s post.

The police have registered a case under Sections 299, 353(2), and 3/5 of the BNS.
